Mid-Carolina OBGYN offers our patients access to an Advanced Care Team of professionals. These team members have advanced training and have specialized in OB/GYN care for a minimum of 10 years. Our practice is dedicated to providing the highest quality of care possible to our patients. The Advanced Care Team will do its best to ensure that our service standards are met in a friendly and efficient manner.
Prenatal Team
Our Prenatal team consists of Registered Nurses, and they have more than 30 years of combined experience with Early-Stage Pregnancy. The Prenatal Nurses will meet with the patient and the baby’s father to discuss and document the family history and address any questions the parents may have regarding early-stage pregnancy. In addition, they will provide pregnancy education on a variety of topics, including vaccines, Safe medications during pregnancy, Nutrition, Exercise and Weight gain, Glucose Monitoring for diabetic patients, as well as Alcohol and Tobacco use during pregnancy.

The Triage Team
Our Triage team will assist patients with any medical questions they may have, as well as provide them with emergent same-day appointments, address medication questions and requests, and communicate directly with providers regarding questions about a patient’s care plan.
Obstetrics Triage: The OB Triage Nurse can be reached by calling 919-781-5510 and selecting option # 1. Once established, patients may contact the OB Nurse through the patient portal.
Gynecology Triage: The GYN Triage Nurse can be reached at 919-781-5510 by selecting option #2. If a patient wishes to contact their provider’s clinical staff, they can do so by submitting a patient case through our patient portal.
