Mid-Carolina OBGYN offers our patient’s access to an Advanced Care Team of professionals. These team members have advanced training and have specialized in OB/GYN care for a minimum of 10 years. Our practice is dedicated to providing the highest quality of care possible to our patients and the Advanced Care Team will do their best to ensure our service standards are accomplished in a friendly and efficient manner.
Prenatal Team
Our Prenatal team consists of Registered Nurses and they have more than 30 years of combined experience with Early-Stage Pregnancy. The Prenatal Nurses will meet with the patient and the father of the baby to discuss and document family history and go over any questions that the parents may have regarding early-stage pregnancy. In addition, they will provide pregnancy education for a variety topics such as: Vaccines, Safe medications during pregnancy, Nutrition, Exercise and Weight gain, Glucose Monitoring for our Diabetic patients as well as Alcohol and Tobacco use during pregnancy.

The Triage Team
Our Triage team will assist our patients with any medical questions you may have as well as provide patients with emergent same day appointments, medication questions/requests, test results and they will directly communicate with the providers regarding questions about a patient’s care plan.
Obstetrics Triage: The OB Triage Nurse can be reached by calling 919-781-5510 and selecting option # 1. Once established, patients may contact the OB Nurse through the patient portal.
Gynecology Triage: The GYN Triage Nurse can be reached at 919-781-5510 and selecting option # 2. In the event that a patient would like to contact their provider’s clinical staff they may do so by sending a patient case through our patient portal.
Sonography / Ultrasounds
Mid-Carolina OBGYN provides both primary and elective Ultrasound services. Both of our Sonographers are certified through the American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS) and can perform Obstetrical and Gynecological Ultrasound Services which include: Nuchal Translucency (NT), Sonohystograms and Elective 3D/4D Ultrasounds (After-Hours).
